We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your swim shorts. The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

CASA DEL MAR offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.

Requesting a return has never been this easy! We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your swim shorts.

To initiate a return, simply fill out the Returns Form on our website using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by CASA DEL MAR within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

CASA DEL MAR cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. Duties are not refundable.

If you are exchanging: you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.

If refunding: the swim shorts, together with the belt bag, must be returned. All swim shorts on the website are sold as is.

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at returns@casa-del-mar.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
